HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For orders under $45, there is a flat shipping rate of $10 for all Australian delivery addresses.

For orders $45 and over, the shipping is free.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We can't blame you for being pumped to receive your order ASAP so here is the lowdown. Processing and packing time is 1-2 days. From there, we use Australia Post and will email you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If your hey mack product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to hello@mackjagger.com.au within 14 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product or send you a refund.

hey mack will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the package.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note, Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Our range is stocked on our website. Keep your eyes out on our social channels for updates for when we will be selling at a market or local store near you.
