HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For orders under $45, there is a flat shipping rate of $10 for all Australian delivery addresses.

For orders $45 and over, the shipping is free.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We can't blame you for being pumped to receive your order ASAP so here is the lowdown. Processing and packing time is 1-2 days. From there, we use Australia Post and will email you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If your Mack Jagger product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to hello@mackjagger.com.au within 14 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product or send you a refund.

Mack Jagger will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the package.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note, Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

HOW DO I USE MACK JAGGER ONE?

We recommend using Mack Jagger ONE as your daily moisturiser, otherwise apply after a day in the sun or before you go outdoors.

Apply Mack Jagger ONE after sunscreen.

It is important to apply a generous amount to exposed areas on your skin. We recommend not to use on your face.

Reapply as required.

Seek medical attention should adverse reaction occur.

CAN I USE ON MY BABY?

Yes! We created Mack Jagger ONE to be safe to use on your babies. We always recommend to play it safe when trialling any new product and conduct a patch test with a tiny amount. Reactions will typically show within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours.

CAN I USE MACK JAGGER ONE IF I'M PREGNANT?

Mack Jagger ONE contains essential oils so we would recommend to always consult with your healthcare professional before use.

ARE THERE PESTICIDES IN MACK JAGGER ONE?

That's a hard no! There are no synthetic pesticides in our product. It is an effective, natural and gentle choice for our sensitive skin mates.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO STORE MACK JAGGER ONE?

Please store Mack Jagger ONE in a dry, cool environment below 30 degrees. If not possible if you're in a hot area, store in the fridge.
